Study Management

Overview of Studies

In CytoAnalyst, a study serves as a dedicated workspace for single-cell RNA-seq data analysis. Each study allows you to:

  1. Import and organize experimental data

  2. Perform quality control procedures

  3. Conduct various types of analyses

  4. Visualize results

Multiple studies can be created to manage different datasets or research projects.
